Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
When I first started working at Nordic, my experience was excellent. I raved about my job and would have referred anyone. Now I would absolutely hesitate to refer anyone. They put their employees in poor situations where they are overworked frequently by not having enough staff.

My manager is amazing and I love my team memebers

Overall, I work with great. We have a diverse and inclusive workforce.

The managers of my division are excellent and truly care about their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sharing more specific goals and making each division feel like they are valued and important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance is mediocre at best. I could likely make at least 10k more somewhere else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am routinely told that I am a top performer but I know that I get paid less than my coworkers simply because I have fewer years of experience. I know that I am contributing more than people who are paid more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't have enough staff to support people taking time off. People have been leaving the company at an alarming rate, but team members are left with the same amount of work and we aren't able to hire the same amount of people to replace them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is clear that the executive team doesn't have an understanding of the work that MS does and does not find it to be a key part of the CEO's vision. However, the team makes up a significant part of our full time employees. Not focusing time on this division will ruin Nordic's reputation as a compa
