I love NORDIC. I have been here for 5+ years, and that is saying something in the consulting world. I cannot see myself leaving unless all the opportunities dried up. I would wait for a contract to stay with Nordic, even if another company had an opportunity.

What makes you most happy at work?
The projects I have are well spelled out, I know what to expect, my clients know what to expect, and no one is left in the dark or made to feel they are not getting what is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am accepted for who I am. When I married my wife, no sideways comments were made, I was able to be comfortable being gay in this company. My manager even called when she knew COVID was going to interrupt our wedding plans to ask if she could do anything. I feel appreciated for me.
