In recent years, I have had a much more positive experience with my management team and having my talent recognized, resulting in grown and promotions within the company. I am overall currently satisfied with my role in the company. I am looking forward to continued growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping my team, I love the care center agents and the relationships we have formed with some of them - even while working from home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have recently been allowed to hire a full team of supervisors and we recently promoted two very strong individuals. I am excited to work closely with them and help develop their leadership skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on position and location, I am undercompensated for the duties I perform. This has been a common theme in every position that I have held in the company. I stay because I enjoy my job, my team and my management. However, I know that if I found another position outside I would make a lot more.
