I love this company and working here, I just wish some things would change. Im happy here and love my job and overall I am satisfied, I just feel as though some people deserve to be treated better and recognized more and feel like sometimes there is favoritism.

They are very understanding, and very clear about what needs to be done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making people smile or laugh or being able to help someone in any way I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fact that I get to work alone and I am trusted with the job that I do, which is why I strive so hard to do a great job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The very couple of team members I get to work and interact with are always a big help if I have questions or concerns. We also get things done together whenever we do work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like a lot of things I do go unnoticed, and I also feel as though I am being undervalued because I am a very hard worker and do most things other team members refuse to do and get paid less.
