Friendly team that is always willing to help one another with completing day to day tasks as needed
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working independently to complete my tasks daily. I like the flexibility to visit my locations as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Public Storage really tries had to spotlight their employees, their employee's cultures and/or lifestyles, and promote a positive working environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an employee of 20 years, I'm doing the same job as a DM who was recently hired 6 months ago, but I make 20k less.
