it was good now I feel it is too much with the MPV's and not everyone has to do them. That is simply not fair. Everyone should have to do them regardless. It just seems like the company is trying to get 2 times the work done for 1/2 the cost and it is at the employees expense.

everyone is nice to each other

I suppose he is kind
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone works extra hard to get all the tasks done even when management is pushing too much on them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The MPV is outrageous and it will show up in customer satisfaction surveys and google reviews too much work put on the employees for 15 and hour and the job is dangerous. I have literally been threatened at work. too concerned with profit and not employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company is profiting from making their emp. work 4 hours now and doing 8 hours of work. they are gaining crazy free FTE's and there is no compensation for the employees for doing double the work. plus the customers are the ones suffering but PS doesn't care about that it seems
