Overall it has been a great experience. I learn something new dealing with the company as well as the customers. I have a great DM who I feel like I could come to about anything!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better security. This is a high crime area

They ask questions and actually listen to what you have to say

Helping customers and hearing their stories. It makes me grateful for what I do have

Actually do their part working and not putting the work that they do not want to do on the next PM
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be a larger work load on such a small pay scale. The bank runs, working a larger property without help, and more calls, not to mention the daily tasks due everyday
