Huge disconnect between property level and leadership. Pay is outdated and false "grow within culture". Company does not recognize true talent within the organization in a timely manner causing huge turn over rate as outside hires are not ready and not having enough industry experience.

My ability to find positive in negative and learn each day something new.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adding nonstop new expectations, without any pay raise or something insulting such as .50 cents. The worse is, no recognition and wrong employees are rewarded.
