Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have felt included and welcome since my first day. I have gained valuable relationships with my coworkers and have gained confidence in a short amount of time to do my job and excel past the basic responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All employees seem to be engaged and approachable.

My team all seems friendly

They listen to our ideas and actuvely engaged with meetings.

Getting to excel in my position and learn new things.

I really enjoy all the people I've met here. :)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just being more efficient, team players, less "know it all" attitudes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how invested and approachable everyone is. They seem to really care about the company and all of us who play a part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It doesn't seem that titles make an impact on peoples friendliness and willingness to interact with everyone. It creates a happy work environment. :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my hourly compensation is fair, but would be great to consider higher wage with my level of experience. Or, maybe give a higher level of available positions here at the new corporate HQ on the Office Services team. :)
