Job security is a priority,especially given our current economy. I also really appreciate the work/life balance of being home every night. Although, at times it feels like I'm never off, depending on apartment residents needs, customer situations, R&M issues. They can often occur after hours.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been generally positive. I feel at times there is unintended pressure and unrealistic accountability placed on the field team. The field team is dependent on other business partners to be effective for customers. Following up with field partners can be frustrating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable salary compensation for work load expected. RSU program should be seen as a benefit and not a part of compensation.

We have a collaborative team that strives for region-wide success. Findings and learnings are shared throughout the region and not held onto for own personal knowledge.

Creative ideas that are shared among the team, not withheld to make one person better than another. Solution driven, always finding a way to figure out a problem. Positive mindsets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is well below the average in the industry. While stock options are wonderful, that should be considered an added benefit and pay for tenure, not as part of the compensation package. Also, Healthcare benefits are double what my previous employer offered. Should also be a discount program
