Life-changing. PS gave me an opportunity to advance not only my career but to stabilize my personal life. I have always known where I stand - both strengths and opportunities - and what I need to do everyday to be successful.

Career Development - advancement. The adopting to the ever changing environments {safety, financial, technology, etc.} and being in a safe environment at work each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall: Diverse, passionate, caring, supportive, hardworking, ethical, coachable. My team of peers are honest and great resources for calibration. My team I supervise are aligned and allow me to make mistakes without judgement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth, relatable, and available. I like that there are projects and committees made up of diverse groups of employees that work on improvements. I feel we are listened to about the reality in the field
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have hit the salary cap for my position. The base pay is the exact same as the DMs I directly supervise. Basically, I cannot get any additional base salary increases which is discouraging. While I understand the stock value long term, that does not help pay the bills today.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being involved in the changes and growth within the company. It makes me happy to have my voice and opinions heard and to know I have made an impact. I enjoy seeing the success and tenure of my people from the property employees I have hired over the years to the DM growth.
