Very secure company, not very much opportunities for advancement... no job openings, no interviewing it’s just like a surprise if someone is getting a promotion. Very unclear what exactly gets you promoted and what positions are open. Feels like a lot of feelings and emotions go into decision

All regions, districts, properties are not created equally, meaning they should all not be paid the same. Pay based on unit count, area, level of difficulty etc
