Work load is heavy and constantly added to but the rewards for success are there. When you invest, they invest. Support is there if you reach out. The hardest part is being micromanaged. This doesn't allow me to set priorities based on my business because they are being set for me.

What makes you most happy at work?
The rewards for successes. We work so hard each and every day. When it pays off (tier 1 or 2) it's more rewarding than the salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest communication. Expectations are set for clarity. Check the checker is good with this role due to the large amount of mistakes that can happen so having a plan in place to check the checker makes me feels more confident.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and schedule. We do so much on and off business hours that the salary is expected for this type of work load. BUT, it does get thrown in your face when they want more. "you get paid the big bucks so this needs to happen"
