What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do appreciate that Public Storage cares about our team at all levels. The leadership team helps foster a culture of empathy and inclusivity through workshops and actions. There is a strong sense of camaraderie and focus at all levels on doing what is right.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very tight knit. We have gone through a lot together: floods, winter storms, and changes with processes and leadership. Throughout every hardship we have always been able to help and support one another and be open with each other about our challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we embrace leaders from all backgrounds. I have grown a lot as a leader simply by collaborating with individuals who have different perspectives than I do. I have always been encouraged to be myself which gives me the confidence to further my strengths and the humility to improve myself.
