The open line of communicate. Being able to call with questions and/or ask for help.

We have a culture of inclusion. An environment where you feel you are being heard

I love that no 2 days are alike. There is a constant pace that help time flies.

When im able to see hard work paying off and seeing my team able to accomplish goals

I love that competitiveness of the team, but also the teamwork. This is what makes our team outstanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people relationships. Even in the most difficult times, there is always someone you can call to talk things out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package are stock options. I love seeing them grow year over year which makes me feel more financially secure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team no only talk about diversity and inclusion, but it's evident in their actions. They encourage feedback for all and you see changes based on the feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A large perk to in joining the company was the total benefits package, not the annual salaried. However, we've seen annual cuts with while being asked to do more. Now the total package is not as competitve as similar roles.
