Our team is very uplifting. We communicate well and encourage each other.

I began as an agent. I was given direction for growth. And our managers work with us on any situation that arises.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The first interview I was very nervouse. My interviewer made me feel comfortable instead of grilling me with questions. Other internal interviews have been less stressful or intimidating.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happiness is an inside job. I dont go to work with a negative perspective. I look on the bright side of situations and do my best to help the customer the best I can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. They are very helpful to each other. Every team has at least one negative nancy. The best thing about our team is that we dont allow that to bring us down. Team work makes the dream work
