My experience has been great. There is a true sense of team here that I haven't experienced at other companies. Every boss I've had here has been more supportive and empowering to the team to come up with new ideas to drive the business. Great company to work for!!!

There is a real family structure with my team. We all look out for eachother both professionally and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feel of comfort. Instead of constantly facing a chopping block, weaknesses are identified and worked together both employer and employee. You're not just a number here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team doesn't hand hold. They work as tools at our disposal to drive the business. They truly put the company drive in our hands rather than top down which I feel truly makes this company successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I no longer have the Sunday blues. Instead of the mindset of "Have to work on Monday", it's more "I have a few new things to try out and I look forward to working with my team on making these a reality".
