My experience at Qualfon has been great. I've met great people who have treated me with dignity and kindness. I hope we can start opening more campaigns so we can get a bigger site. A "chill room" with poofs to rest on your break and lunch times would be sweet and improve our well-being at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very knowledgeable and responsible. Nothing is perfect but the work environment I experienced has been good so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to listening to you and in my case, my superior is very nice and gives me clear instructions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I've been listened to. I expressed my interest in supporting Social Media/Marketing activities and I'm currently in that area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone treats you well and Mission is on top of making sure you're included in their well-being activities, plus, sometimes they gift you stuff. I received a nice hoodie when I came back from my vacation period.
