I always try to let someone know they are appriciated and let them know without them it doesnt work as well... no matter who Im speaking to

Chandra Brown had worked with me since day one to help me live our mission and has not only helped me become a better leader but as also helped me become a better person.

I wish for all my agents one day to get this experience in their journey. Living the mission is the toughest most rewarding thing I have done. you have to live it in and out of work,
