Everyday I have have this heavy weight bearing down on me. That when i arrive at the position i feel dread, deep sadness, and loneliness. Working here is the worst. I am never allowed to look past the position, to improve myself, learn new skills, own the business, and so forth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing at work makes me happy even when i chose to be happy. I am just spinning wheels in a dead position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practice what is preached; Open honest communication; have an environment where feedback is not criticized nor retaliated against. Currently Qualfon does not have this environment it it does then this needs to go to all departments. I do not trust my boss
