Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Medical benefits are subpar as the lowest healthcare plan is barely recognized and has few providers. 401K match is very low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no fake urgency here. We work on real problems and look for creative solutions but also take care to protect work/life balance.
