The ability to have a positive impact on not just business items but people's lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on the individual. Qualfon has a well defined set of values that drive our culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked for several large BPO companies and at the end of the day they are "profit only" focused. Qualfon, while a for-profit company, is "people only" focused understanding that the profit will flow from that culture.
