It is a great place to work. Management takes an interest in the employees and offers training that can lead to advancement. They try to trat everyone fairly. My only complaints would be the health insurance and 401K are weak. Overall, the work environment is very employee friendly.

Compensation is competitive / average. Health Insurance and 401K match are below average.

They know the employee is what drives company success. They are there to provide support for the employees and the clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very skilled at what they do. They are also very good at trying to help each other. Success is measured as a team as well as individually. I enjoy working with everyone in my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very people and family oriented. For example, when employees need time off for personal reasons, it is granted without question as long as customer/client needs are being met. The management tries to build in some flexibility to account for unplanned issues, and it shows.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping other people and the opportunity to learn and grow in knowledge. Also, the flexibility of the company to work with the employees while adjusting for changes in commerce. While change is not always easy, they try to anticipate changes ahead of time to make transitions easier.
