This job is definitely the worst to work for. I only say that because of the bosses. They do absolutely nothing when they come into work, they leave early almost everyday they work, They leave everything for me and another manager and then me and my coworker is stuck doing everything. No teamwork

I cant find one positive thing about this job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Asking more questions and not hiring people on the spot.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping each other out and actually getting work done through out the day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one helps with the work load. It all falls on one person everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to he trained better. No one is trained properly anymore and I have worked with this company for a long time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot for this job and get nothing back. I am supposed to get pto hours and don’t and im not sure of why. I feel like I work like a dog and don’t get noticed or helped
