Training!!!!I went 2 weeks with zero training on how the store even operates. No POS training, no stock training, ZERO store operations training. I have 25 years retail experience in a vast array of fields. This is not how retail is done, at least not at the Lincoln City location.

The diversity of clientele. Due to our location of the city, we have many clientele derived from different states & countries, which keeps us all "on our toes". E.g.: Requiring a second language to provide service for a customer is very common, which brings us, as employees, to rely upon each other.

Getting paid to simply supply customer service. Even when a product is unavailable from our company, I tend to take a further step to help find it elsewhere. If one can't sell the product, they should be able to at least sell the service!
