It was pretty quick and i got to meet the people i was going to be working with, not just my boss
The dorect approach to interviews
Having never worked for a company which provides the main product which it does, I applied at a lower position while standing confident of working my way up. Yet, confidence was given by the GM by starting me off at a step above due to my work history.

It was very casual. Not in a back office where they are staring in to your soul but on a bench in the middle of the mall.

Took 2 weeks and the system kept crashing
Asking more questions and not hiring people on the spot.
