Seminole location amazing location brad flint is a incredible manager at store 749 he deserves all the praise the job itself is fun i loved the job but when i moved to store 230 was the problem and made me hate the job overtime due to the enviroment
The job itself can be fun people are terrible

The diversity of clientele. Due to our location of the city, we have many clientele derived from different states & countries, which keeps us all "on our toes". E.g.: Requiring a second language to provide service for a customer is very common, which brings us, as employees, to rely upon each other.

There are different ages,and for the most part,they are fine. Some do not speak unless I speak to them first. Orientation was very confusing.

My co workers are great. Since the new manager started 3 months ago 7 people have quit and she fired one for lame reasons.

Many thibngs, list too long to write. Mainly how new staff is treated but msotly the insecurities within managkent. Manaent needs more professionalism and ti seprtate personal life from work lifr
A new district manager is needed in Delaware/Pennsylvania area
Better leaders who work the sales floor and doesn't hid in the back really do nothing as the administration side is simple but lack of actually working the floor. Just because you have been there 22 years doesn't mean you stop and make the new workers do all the work. you lead by example.
Encourage those who have been there for decades not to hinder new employees.
