Training!!!!I went 2 weeks with zero training on how the store even operates. No POS training, no stock training, ZERO store operations training. I have 25 years retail experience in a vast array of fields. This is not how retail is done, at least not at the Lincoln City location.

E.g.: Requiring a second language to provide service for a customer is very common, which brings us, as employees, to rely upon each other.

Getting paid to simply supply customer service. Even when a product is unavailable from our company, I tend to take a further step to help find it elsewhere. If one can't sell the product, they should be able to at least sell the service!
