Training!!!!I went 2 weeks with zero training on how the store even operates. No POS training, no stock training, ZERO store operations training. I have 25 years retail experience in a vast array of fields. This is not how retail is done, at least not at the Lincoln City location.

Taking consideration in employee scheduling as well as notification of when getting called in. Not treating there employees with biased treatment as well as looking at the health of their store and not personal agendas

Your pay shouldn't be about the same as new hired managers and you have been with the company 10 plus years.
