It was great until we got a new manager. She is very rude and aggressive. She has made 3 employees cry.

Nice, flexable and professional. Manager is not professional and talks down to you in front of customers.

My co workers are great. We try to be positive even though the manager talks down to us.

The look after one another. We help each other. We don't allow the manager to play us against each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers are great. Since the new manager started 3 months ago 7 people have quit and she fired one for lame reasons.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very casual. Not in a back office where they are staring in to your soul but on a bench in the middle of the mall.
