That the customers are happy when they leave the store.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We sell shoes for the whole family and we will have something for everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That they offer everything from Medical, Dental to 401k and Life Insurance. Also they offer Short Term Disability and FMLA, which is not very common in retail.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing I do love is how much the company cares about their people. Yes, it is all about customer service but at the end of the day, they are very grateful for everything that we do.
