Raymour & Flanigan – Honoring the warranty duribg a pandemic. I had issues with my sofa that i started to report just prior to March 2020. With all the loss, lockdowns and health issues I experianced, i was unable to go forward during that time. When things lifted i was told my warranty expired. Completely unfair!

The term leadership team is a misnomer. There is no leadership. Just fear. It can't get better because the average tenure of anyone locally in leadership is six months to one year.
