Proud to be here, and find value and satisfaction in the work we do. Love the team I am a part of and very much appreciate my manager always being there for me. I'd like to be better compensated, and have more visibility into decisions for my team. Execs should keep up the transparency, it helps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall though I've ascended through the ranks efficiently, the comp has trailed overall in-between promotion. Regularly get recruited for positions outside of the organization making much more salary and a much higher bonus potential.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the culture of transparency, and treating those of us who work here with respect as adults, not micromanaging us or treating us as "we couldn't possibly understand" rather treating everyone as peers, no matter the level, which is important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of how we're communicated with about items that are pertinent to the company and us as individuals. I also appreciate them commenting on world events, and helping us feel like we're not alone when we're concerned about the direction of our country.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated, accountable, and kind. They are all driven to do a good job, but most understand that we're all humans and we at times need a break or to decompress or get away from being too connected. I feel they value me as a person, and not just an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with people on the team one on one and to help them find ways to grow. I also genuinely enjoy making a difference for my clients (making them look good in their superiors eyes) both are great feelings and give me a sense of accomplishment and feel like I'm making a difference.
