I like this company and they care about their employees but i think being one of the best agencies in the nation our pay should reflect our more of our merit and work ethic. I've reached the ceiling of my position and if my pay cant be increased i will be forced to find a role that furthers my caree

My teammates and working for a brand i like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication, frequent meetings to keep everyone up to date on changes and new items.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, love our downtown chicago office, love my team, we need sponsored happy hours so we can network and meet more people in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company preaches unbiasedness and fair pay based on merit. I have found out that a person been here 2 years less than me that was just promoted to my level a month ago is making more than me when Ive been in this role since 10/21. It's disappointing to still see male/female pay inequality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love being in the office together to interact face to face and communicate directly wo being behind a screen. I love the people on my team i have so much fun. They are the reason I have stayed at this company so long. Id like to be back in the office officially 2-3 days a week.
