I have worked at Razorfish my entire career. I have moved within it but I genuinely enjoy all the people I meet and work with. Everyone is hardworking, passionate and empathetic. I always feel welcomed.

When my clients are happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and not pretentious. Everyone is down to earth and extremely open about the status of all items relating to Razorfish.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is eager and ready to help. I can ask any teammate a question and they are happy to jump in and help, as I am when coworkers ask me questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kind environment. Even though I may not know many people at my company outside of my team, I still get a smile from other people when walking around the office or by the coffee machine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a retention bonus for DEG and one from Arthur but I am aware of other companies providing salary increases for employees staying, rather than a one time bonus. Additionally, the compensation structure of no bonus/OT for anyone between Senior Associate and Director level is not competitive.
