Rocky start. Once I found my footings and comfortable, added valued. My manager is a good person and I feel he'll defend me. This means a lot. I could see myself here for a long while. I am happy. However it is hard to ignore recruiters with the same role at ~15% salary increase.

they're cool humans, easy to get along with and support me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, collaborating with smart people and the sense that I can governed my career growth < I hope this is true.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the new title mapping, I lost an opportunity to get a promotion with a salary increase and a bonus. Now I have a new title w/o the merit increase. Other org's are reaching out to me offering 10-15% more at the same title.
