I feel thrilled to have found a home at RF. I can't say enough great things about working here, really. My group os great, my team is great and I love everything about the key principals of RF as well as Publicis. I very much look forward to working with these guys each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a group of smart, funny, and caring individuals. Honestly, they are great at what they do and do it well, and in a way that makes work enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a sense of actual respect and caring. It's not something I have seen in many other agencies, but here, it's par for the course. Every, actually, from leadership on down. It is one of the few places I have ever worked where this happens and it's real.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am working for a great company that cares about its employees (so rare these days) and that the people that I work with are such a joy to be around. I feel very lucky to be a part of the team I am with and doing the work we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO being so open. Honestly, I love all the perks, but this is a highlight. I alm also thrilled with all the extra offerings available above and beyond the typical packages. The pet care, the work your world (which is a Publicis thing, but is available for us all). The package is wonderful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely cares about what they are doing, how well they are doing it and they care about each other. This place is very team-oriented and it shows. I feel happy to start work each day at RF. I KNOW that we are going to do really great work and have worked well together in the process.
