I love Razorfish and am so happy to be here. I have learned a lot in the past 90 days and am really looking forward to the next 90 days. The onboarding process was smooth and informative. I have been brought on at a reasonable speed but given opportunities to demonstrate my capabilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely like the work that I am doing. It is challenging (but in the best way) and very rewarding. I like it when I am busy and getting to contribute to the team' success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K match is something I am very pleased with as I didn't receive that at my previous agency. Benefits are top-tier and competitive. I feel that I am paid fairly for the work that I am doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm still relatively new, but from what I have been able to gather up to this point, employee health and mental aptitude are imperative for the organization. I feel like the genuinely care about us and want us to feel our best to do our best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is lots of communication from leadership which helps me to feel like I always know what is going on. I love the all agency approach to delivering well thought out work through the use of surveys and quick prompts. There are plenty of training opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are all incredibly talented. You can tell that our agency has the best of the best when it comes to skills and competencies. My creative team puts out amazing work with limited time and direction and still finds a way to knock it out of the park. The production team is very sharp.
