I have been assaulted by a coworker and punished for reporting it, caught a manager spitting in my tea, and have been threatened and intimidated by higher-ups at all levels. They take money out of my check for their "giving fund" but this fund does not help any actual humans.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They lie about compensation and benefits, pay less for more qualifications, and only promote the most openly fascistic of their staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was lied to repeatably about how I would be compensated, what and when benefits would be available, and about career advancement possibilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My permanent coworkers are very good at what they do and excell at communication and collaboration. The management staff are completely inept in all of these areas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Health codes are completely ignored and workers are not paid enough to care about the future of the company. It cannot be improved. The corporate staff are utterly incapable at their jobs.
