Set schedules. Better schedules. Stop hiring unnecessary new employees so excessively. Reward hard work/loyalty w/better pay+hours+respect.

The managers need to not bye as involved with the employees as they are(friendship/relationship wise), the managers need to not start relationships with each other because you can't trust them. No one is on the same page

Coworkers were fine besides a few people who were lazy and you hated to work with because they wouldn't pull their weight. Management turned everyone against each other.
