Nothing. They are terrible at commnicating with us and any employee requests are met with a reduced schedule. Theres times when I feel like I need to choose whats more important the RR team its crazy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation package is the paid birthday and paid holiday leave along with sick says. We have the option for a 401k as well and they match every dollar deposited.

As servers with no support we get the job done. We have no busser, no expo, we handle 8 to 10 tables at a time, and half the time we have no dishwasher either.

What I liked most about the interview process for Red Robin was that the only question they asked me was if I could be any animal , what animal would I be and why and after that question was answered I knew I'd fit right in.

Managers never stay, No server support, a lot can improve

Not enough workers and no workers present in needed roles so when things get really busy they tend to fall apart, and management is often belligerent towards employees when things go wrong. More workers need to be hired, and trained properly, and managers need better stress management techniques.
