What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treat the employees with more basic respect and stop trying to work around osha and other workplace rights.

Coworkers band together and help each other when needed and we work together to make our break room a safe and inviting place.

We support each other and ensure that everyone is treated fairly by sticking up for each other when management tries to single someone out.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interviewer was kind and highly attentive, he gave clear answers to all my questions and was overall extremely friendly, while not giving me false hopes about the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The managers take a percentage of our tips every night and make us claim enough tips each night so they don’t have to substitute minimum wage, even if we didn’t make enough tips to earn minimum wage tha

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not enough workers and no workers present in needed roles so when things get really busy they tend to fall apart, and management is often belligerent towards employees when things go wrong. More workers need to be hired, and trained properly, and managers need better stress management techniques.
