My overall experience at Red Robin has been amazing. From my first interview, never had I ever held a platter let alone with a while tables good on it! They taught me everything I know and now I'm captain of leadership and lead server.

The most positive thing regarding the culture and environment at Red Robin is our specialty hamburgers and higher class customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is getting tips of course, but I really enjoy seeing the satisfaction on the customers faces when I bring them their delicious order.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation package is the paid birthday and paid holiday leave along with sick says. We have the option for a 401k as well and they match every dollar deposited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that I am captain and I have a great group of co-workers that are hard-working and excellent with customer service and making you feel like you're right at home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are that we all get a long and work great together. They make my work day go by so fast and easy it's like I'm not even at work. Its wonderful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process for Red Robin was that the only question they asked me was if I could be any animal , what animal would I be and why and after that question was answered I knew I'd fit right in.
