Since December 3rd, 2020 that I came. I was received very warmed, Remitly amazed me and made change the concept of a job. I am not tired of this Job, last year I had a very difficult year but believe me that my job was not related to it. Furthermore, I really love Remitly, is the best company ever!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that every year they do the annual review, and they increase our rate of pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the way that Remitly includes everyone, on every activity or benefit. I have seen that they include people from the vendors, such as: the maintenance department, security guards, the food vendors.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the new agent people should really get along with Remitly values, because some of them do not match with them and they do not even practice them, one of them is the fact that they do not work with ethic.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Dad taught me the importance of helping people. I consider that I learned it very well, and that is why I really enjoy helping our customers, cause even I get paid for assisting them, I feel really happy when I know that I helped a customer who was sending for a very important reason.
