What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our product seems to be behind competitor. RA is behind Wise Platform, and Wallet is behind Revolut or Wise. Robinhood is also launching a banking product that has more appealing benefits. We need to create product that is unique and ahead of competitors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some supportive roles that demand very high effectiveness and they are here to help us, but comparing theirs salaries to engineers it could be slightly better, but benefits are really good and they are making a difference

Each member is very collaborative. However, some other teams who manages our infrastructure such as Statsig, Auth, DEVX seems to be unnecessarily and strongly opinionated with the disguise of "best practice.
