What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe is it the Employee Morale, you can get the much needed coffee to fuel your focus time, or the lunch together to cultivate team dynamics.

HMO with dependents. However, in support of our commitment to DEI, I suggest that some benefit be applied equally to all employees, regardless of basic salary differences.

Tuition reimbursement, adequate compensation during APRs instead of 3% and no stock.... even if you're only going to give only 3% stock would at least be nice. Also, having United as our health insurance is the worst. Most of my doctors stopped taking United as of this year.

We are a high performing team based on 5 dysfunctions of a team survey. We were an in-person culture with flexibility eversince, this was the foundation of our great team work.
