I have been part of Remitly since May 2021, I would say that I have changed my way of seeing my job. I no longer talk like a robot to our customers. I am calmer due to the culture being very customer-centric and empathetic/compassionate partner values from most of the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is the fact that we are very joyful as a team as well as our Team Manager Gary.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to find a resolution for the customer and complete their transfers as well as share time with my coworkers while doing my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best about the leadership team is that whenever I have any inconvenience with any emergency, I always have a resolution and support on any case.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that the best part about my compensation package is the fact that food cost is low as well as transportation for entry and exit schedules even though some feedback has been provided about it with no resolution yet such as pick-up schedules being too early.
