Approachability. It's a given I can get help about any topic, challenge or barrier frequently.

their vision is clearly transmitted, they personally represent and convey frequency the company goals, and how our department impact it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive part is people are respectful and treat each other fairly well consistently. It is rare to see mistreatment from any level (not that exceptions dont exist), but the overall perception is great.
