I entered the company with high hopes, with a true conviction that the grow opportunities here matter and were real, Ive done everything that is required and the restrictions that we have as CPT have led me not the eligible for a job application.

We are in the same boat and row the same paddle.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The grow opportunities, I feel there is already a list of people that can apply and can grow here. already approved by the managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work that we do and the metrics that we need to keep 3.125$ an hour its clearly a scam. If you list all of our duties, critical thinking and more. we should b at least 5$ an hour.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do understand that we as CPT are at the bottom step of the company, but we as well need TMs, STMs and manager to work with compassionate partner, sometime I feel like a number on the company and not a real human being.
