It has not been what I expected. The majority of the people here are mid to mediocre intellectually and those actually competent are burnt out. A lot of politics and egos that get in the way of fixing internal issues. From outside we are amazing, we have good projects, but besides that, just meh.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remote and a strong Stock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the CEO si doing a great job.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get more than two hours to focus on real work. I most likely lose most of my day in meetings, ad-hoc Slack DMs and made up emergencies from leadership.
